Renewals Automated: This is a subscription. The credit card you use will be securely kept on file via Stripe. It will automatically be charged on today's date every month, as long as you have a Membership.

Billing Changes: Let us know at least 5 days before your billing date if you'd like to use a different credit card or change your membership status.

Refunds: Since this is a digital product, refunds are not accommodated. If a credit card billing error occurred on our end, we issue refunds.

Within ten minutes, you’ll receive a welcome email with our current available planner so you can get started right away. Planners are delivered via email with a dropbox link that will contain an editable PDF as well as graphics.

If you join between the 1st and the 14th, you’ll get the current planner in your welcome email today, and you’ll receive the next month’s planner on the 15th.

If you join on the 15th or later of this month, you will receive the next month’s planner right away in your welcome email. Then, on the 15th of the following month, you will receive the next planner drop.

As long as your membership is active, you’ll keep receiving the new planner drop every month by email. If you don’t see your email within 10 minutes, check spam or promotions, then reply to your order confirmation and we’ll help.
