Renewals Automated: This is a subscription. The credit card you use will be securely kept on file via Stripe. It will be automatically charged on today's date a year from now, and every year, as long as you are a Member.

Billing Changes: Let us know at least 5 days before your billing date if you'd like to use a different credit card or change your membership status.

Refunds: Since this is a digital product, refunds are not accommodated. If we decide differently, due to your situation, a refund would be less the initial credit card processing fees and the # of months you've been a member that year. If a credit card billing error occurred on our end, we issue refunds.

Within a few minutes of processing your payment, you'll have immediate access to the Pet Boss Portal. Your username, password and instructions will be emailed to you.

You'll be approved into the Facebook Group in less than 48 hours.
